3ª Corrida do Chopp FSA

The third edition of the Corrida do Chopp, presented by PegPag Smart 24h, returns to Formosa-GO on December 13, 2026. This eagerly anticipated race has become a beloved tradition that combines athletic competition with community spirit and festive celebration.
Set in the picturesque surroundings of Espaço Sunrise, participants will embark on a scenic route through Formosa's vibrant streets before heading towards Parque Municipal da Mata da Bica for an approximately 5.4-kilometer course back to the starting point at Espaço Sunrise. The race offers something for all levels of runners—whether you're just beginning your running journey or looking to improve upon past achievements, this event welcomes everyone.
In addition to the competitive spirit and camaraderie among participants, the Corrida do Chopp features a lively post-race celebration with live music, DJs spinning tunes, and an open bar serving chilled chopp until 11:00 AM. This is your chance not only to push yourself physically but also to unwind and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
Participants will receive official race gear including a custom t-shirt (depending on registration type), timing chip for accurate results tracking, bib number, and a participation medal upon completion of the event. The day before the race, kits can be picked up at Espaço Sunrise from 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM.
Registration is exclusively available through official channels, offering various options such as kit choices with or without t-shirts, chopp inclusion for runners and their companions, and discounts for participants with disabilities. Be sure to register early since spots are limited on a first-come-first-served basis.
Safety remains paramount; the event features medical support along the route including an ambulance service, emergency response teams, traffic control measures, and staff stationed throughout the course. Participants are covered by comprehensive insurance that includes accidental death benefits up to R$50,000 and hospital expenses coverage up to R$5,000.
