4th Annual Live. Love. Thrive. RUN! 5K Run & 2.5K Walk - Munroe Falls, Ohio, United States on Monday, September 7th
On race day, expect a crisp morning in the early autumn air of Munroe Falls Metro Park. The park is bathed in soft sunlight as runners and walkers alike prepare for their journey around its tree-lined lake. This event brings together not only seasoned athletes but also families looking to enjoy an outdoor activity. The community spirit is palpable with local businesses supporting the cause, adding a festive atmosphere.
Hosted by Linc Worldwide since 2023, this annual run and walk has become deeply rooted in the region's tradition of giving back. In its fourth year, it continues to grow in both participants and funds raised for the new faith-based school in Kenya. Over 150 runners and walkers are expected to take part, contributing to a total of $2,730 from last year’s event.
Course & Conditions
The Live. Love. Thrive. RUN! course is set through Munroe Falls Metro Park's scenic landscape. Runners will traverse firm but slightly soft terrain with a gentle incline and some rolling hills for added challenge. The 5K route features several notable landmarks, including the historic falls and various interpretive signs that educate participants about local flora.
The start/finish area is located at 521 S. River Road in Munroe Falls. Runners can expect to see a mix of volunteers manning aid stations along the course. These stations will offer water and electrolyte drinks to keep you hydrated throughout your run or walk. Special features include an interactive information booth where runners can learn more about our partner school.

Bibs will be picked up on race morning from 7:30am to 8:30am at the start location. Participants should bring a printed or digital copy of their confirmation email as proof of registration.
The event starts promptly at 9:15am, with runners and walkers beginning separately based on distance. Age requirements are flexible; all participants must be able to complete the chosen course safely without assistance. First-timers are welcome and encouraged to join us for this community-oriented event where every step you take makes a difference.
