Join the fifth edition of the Run and Walk as One Blood on November 8, 2026, at Campo de Marte. This event celebrates blood donation day (November 25) by promoting awareness about blood donations through a series of races and walks. The venue is accessible via Avenida Santos Dumont 2241, with parking available nearby. Participants can choose from various distances: a challenging 10km run or the more moderate 5km race for adults, as well as a family-friendly 3km walk option. For younger athletes aged between 7 and 12 years old, there are shorter distance options of 800m, 600m, and 400m races. The event kicks off early with gates opening at 5 AM, providing ample time for participants to prepare before the race starts. The run begins at 7 AM for both the 10km and 5km courses, followed by a walk at 7:20 AM. Kids' events start at 8:30 AM. Donors of blood can receive special discounts on their registration fees by sending an email to umsosangue@abhh.org.br with proof of donation; they will then be eligible for a unique discount code offering up to 30% off the entry fee.
