7 ème édition Corrida Ancenis - Saint Géréon

On December 5, 2026, the ACPA and the Municipality of Ancenis are set to host the seventh edition of their lively sporting event: Corrida D'Ancenis - Saint Gèreon. This festive race promises an energetic atmosphere with plenty of fun for participants.
The course is a fully urban route that winds through the heart of Ancenis, offering runners a unique experience under the night sky. The event encourages creativity and camaraderie as competitors are invited to dress up in costumes; prizes will be awarded to those who stand out among the crowd.
As you cross the finish line at the town hall square, warm drinks like hot chocolate and mulled wine await to help everyone celebrate their achievements and enjoy the convivial spirit of the evening.
In addition to the competitive running, there are musical performances scattered along the route, adding a lively soundtrack for runners as they push through their distances. The race offers two options: 11 kilometers or 5.5 kilometers (one lap or two laps), ensuring that all levels can find a suitable challenge.
With space limited to just 750 participants and no on-site registration available, interested runners must secure their spots in advance by signing up online. A portion of the entry fees will be donated to support the Téléthon cause.
