Welcome to Luxborough Lakes, where beginners and newcomers can kick off their open water swim journey at the Be Endurance Induction session. If this is your first time dipping into our lakes with us, an induction session is mandatory before you're cleared for independent swimming.
Scheduled from 08:00 to 08:30 AM, the induction offers a concise yet comprehensive overview of safety measures and techniques essential for open water swimming. Participants are encouraged to arrive by 07:50 AM to ensure smooth registration and orientation. The friendly registration team will guide you to your waiting area before introducing you to the instructor.
Wetsuits can be worn at your discretion, providing extra warmth in cooler waters. If you're planning a non-wetsuit swim and don't have a tow float, one will be provided for added safety during your induction session. This ensures that all swimmers are well-equipped with necessary gear before venturing out on their own.
