About the Event

Welcome to Luxborough Lakes, where newcomers to Be Endurance Open Water Swimming will find their first introduction into the serene and tranquil setting of our lakes. If this is your initial visit with us at any of our lake locations, you are required to complete an induction session designed specifically for new swimmers.
Scheduled from 09:00 to 09:30 in the morning, this brief yet essential orientation will ensure that all participants demonstrate their swimming competence before being granted permission to swim independently. Please aim to arrive by 08:50 am so you can register and receive instructions on where to wait for your instructor.
For those attending, wetsuits are optional but highly recommended given the cooler water temperatures of Luxborough Lakes. If you do not have a tow float and plan to swim without a wetsuit, one will be provided upon request. This induction session is an important step in familiarizing yourself with our lakes' unique environment and ensuring your safety while enjoying the beauty of open-water swimming.
Please arrive on time to make the most out of this essential introductory experience.
