About the Event

Welcome to the Betuwse Oliebollenrun, an annual festive race that brings runners of all ages together for a fun and charitable cause. Held on December 27, 2026, this event is designed not only to raise funds but also to create a joyful atmosphere in the community.
The day kicks off with races tailored specifically for young participants:
- BOBR Minirun (up to 7 years old) - A short and sweet 500-meter dash starting at 9:00 AM. This race is perfect for introducing little ones to running.

- BOBR Kidsrun (8 to 12 years old) - For slightly older children, the 1.5-kilometer run starts promptly at 9:30 AM.
For adults looking to join in on the fun and challenge themselves a bit more:
- The 5K Run for adult participants begins at 10:45 AM. This race offers runners a chance to enjoy some scenic routes while contributing to a good cause.

- For those seeking a longer distance, the 10K Run, also open only to adults and starting earlier at 10:30 AM, provides an opportunity for more experienced runners to test their endurance.
Registration is available until December 18, 2026. If you'd like your name on your race bib, make sure to sign up by this date.
The event promises a lively atmosphere with plenty of activities and the promise of oliebollen (Dutch donuts) for everyone after crossing the finish line. Join us as we celebrate the end of another year in style!
