BIKE AND RUN D'ENFER

Bike and Run D’Enfer is set to challenge participants with an exhilarating blend of cycling and running on November 11, 2026. This unique race takes place at the football stadium in La Barre-de-Semilly, offering three distinct categories: S (Senior), XS (Junior), and Jeunes (Youth).
For those born between 2019 and 2012, the Youth category is designed to introduce young athletes to the thrill of competitive racing. Participants aged under 2012 compete in the Junior XS event covering a distance of 9 kilometers, while seasoned competitors born before 2010 take on the Senior S race spanning 18 kilometers.
Each team must consist of two members who can be of any gender and age combination. The exchange between cycling and running segments is strictly hand-to-hand; no bicycles are to be placed down during transitions. This rule adds an extra layer of excitement, requiring both speed and coordination from the teams involved.
Registration for this event closes at 10 PM on November 7th, with all forms needing to be fully completed to secure a spot. No registrations will be accepted on-site. A maximum limit of 150 teams is set for each category (XS and S), ensuring that every participant receives the attention they deserve.
The day’s activities kick off at 10 AM with check-in, allowing ample time before the race starts at 11 AM for Youth competitors followed by a later start at 2 PM for Senior and Junior categories. Spectators are welcome to cheer on participants as they navigate through this challenging course that combines both cycling prowess and running endurance.
Entry fees vary based on whether you hold a triathlon license or not, ranging from €4 (including pass competition FFTRI) for the Youth category to €12 per person without a triathlon license. All entrants will receive insurance coverage for the day as part of their registration fee.
