About the Event

Join us on Sunday, November 22, for the return of our beloved Bike & Run event at Saint Jean Hippodrome! This year promises to be bigger and better than ever as we welcome participants from all walks of life to experience a unique blend of cycling and running challenges.
The event offers several formats tailored to different skill levels and age groups:
- Format S (15km): Designed for endurance athletes and seasoned competitors, this format allows you to fully immerse yourself in the course's natural and artificial obstacles. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
- Format XS (7.5km): Ideal for beginners or those looking for a shorter challenge, this option provides an introduction to both cycling and running disciplines while still offering exciting challenges along the way. Suitable for runners aged 14 and up.
- Kids' Formats:
- For children ages 6 to 9, we have a specially designed course of 1.7km that encourages young participants to explore their skills in a fun environment.
- Older kids from 10 to 13 years old can tackle a slightly longer route at 3.2km, offering an opportunity for friendly competition and enjoyment.
For the younger set, we also allow parent-child teams (registration on-site) so that families can participate together in this exciting event.
The course itself winds through the picturesque grounds of Saint Jean Hippodrome, featuring varied terrain with both natural and man-made obstacles. Each section is carefully crafted to test your skills while providing plenty of opportunities for fun and camaraderie among participants.
