As a Federation-Level coach in VTT Gravity, you will take on a pivotal role within clubs across France. Working voluntarily, you'll lead educational sessions designed specifically for aspiring competitors aged 16 and above. Your mission is clear: develop champions by honing technical skills and fostering a deep understanding of the sport's intricacies.
The curriculum focuses on three core competencies:
- Master the art of creating highly effective training programs tailored to individual needs.
- Decode the science behind athletic performance, including physiology and biomechanics, to optimize athlete development.
- Strategically plan sessions that build endurance, strength, and agility, ensuring riders are peak-conditioned for competition day.
