Honor the service and sacrifice of veterans while testing your own endurance on a scenic American trail at the Black Hills Veterans March and Marathon. Held from 16-19 September 2026 in the stunning Black Hills of South Dakota, this patriotic event offers three inspiring challenges. The flagship 110-Mile March is a multi-day epic on the George S. Mickelson Trail from Edgemont to Deadwood. On Saturday, 19 September, choose the Full March and Marathon (26.2 miles) or the Mini March (16 miles), both finishing at the historic Days of '76 Rodeo Grounds. More than a race, it's a tribute march where individuals, teams, and relay participants forge camaraderie and push their limits in support of a noble cause. With well-stocked rest stops, a supportive community, and the breathtaking backdrop of pine forests and rock tunnels, it's a profoundly meaningful and challenging way to exercise your patriotism. Lace up your boots and march for those who served.
