The race begins at a gateway atop Ufford Hill on the road between Ufford-Marholm. Riders will navigate through picturesque landscapes, turning left towards Helpston before continuing onto B1443 past a railway crossing and back into Bainton. The course features a neutral section in Bainton where cyclists must adhere to a 20 mph speed limit for approximately 600 meters.

- Neutral Section: Cyclists will encounter this controlled zone twice, passing through at the start of each lap.
