Boomerang Trail Run

The Boomerang Trail Run takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 8:00 AM EDT, starting and finishing at Batawa Ski Hill on Ski Club Lane in Batawa, Ontario, Canada. This timed loop event lets you complete as many 7 km+ laps as you can in 2, 4, or 6 hours on beautiful, hilly trails with rocks, roots, sticks, mud, and bugs — in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Event Logistics & Participant Information:

• Location: Batawa Ski Hill, Batawa, Ontario. Course includes one road crossing (runners cross at their own risk).
• Course: 7 km+ loop. Marked but no mile markers. Trail width varies (wide enough for two, at times single‑file). Be courteous — “on your left” or “excuse me”.
• Aid Station: Located approximately halfway through the loop. Water and Tailwind available. Usual aid station fare. CUP‑LESS — volunteers will refill hydration packs, water bottles, or handhelds.
• Start/Finish Area: Space for drop bags, chairs, and coolers.
• Kit Pickup: 90 minutes before race start. Details emailed closer to date. Use an email address you monitor for race info.
• Timing/Recording: Check in at timing table at start and end of each loop. Universal clock for timing. Results posted to Facebook after race day.
• No placement medals — the competition is being a better you than you were yesterday. “We are not a Boston or UTMB qualifier. We’re just here to have fun.”
• Porta potty on site. No change rooms or dressing rooms.
• Swag Deadline: May 18 — registrations after this date may not receive swag. All registrants receive awesome race swag and a participant medal (details in progress).
• Refunds/Deferrals/Changes: NO refunds or deferrals for any reason. You may give your spot to someone else — contact organizers immediately. No changes after June 10, 2026.
