Born Survivor: Lancashire 2026

About the Event

Born Survivor: Lancashire 2026
Enlist for the ultimate military obstacle course challenge set against the rugged backdrop of the Ribble Valley, straddling the border between Lancashire and Yorkshire. Born Survivor invites participants aged 16 years and older to test their physical prowess and mental fortitude in a landscape designed by Royal Marines Commandos.
The Classic Survivor route spans an exhilarating 12 kilometers, featuring over three dozen military-grade obstacles that challenge every aspect of your endurance and agility. From steep climbing nets and underground tunnels reminiscent of the Great Escape to heart-pounding slides like The Torpedo – the fastest obstacle course slide in the world – this course is a true test for those seeking an authentic military experience.
For those looking to ease into the action, the Rookie 6KM Survivor offers a taste of the classic with half as many obstacles but all the glory. This route ensures that even newcomers can revel in the camaraderie and spirit without exhausting themselves on longer distances.
The highlight for competitive athletes is undoubtedly the Elite Squadron Race, also covering 12 kilometers, where UK and international OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) stars will battle it out for top honors across both male and female categories. The race promises not only a fierce competition but also an array of prizes from sponsors like Sportsshoes.com, INOV8, and ERDINGER’S ALKOHOLFREI isotonic sports drink.
The atmosphere at Born Survivor is electric with the sounds of live music and cheers echoing across the course as participants push through grueling challenges. Whether you’re tackling The Blitz or navigating underground tunnels, every obstacle serves to strengthen your resolve both physically and mentally.
In addition to the core race options, teams can sign up for a corporate mission that reinforces teamwork in an environment unparalleled by traditional team-building exercises. This event is ideal for gym groups, boot camps, sports teams, and more looking to unite through shared challenges and triumphs.
Upon completion of your chosen route, celebrate at the Survivor Stripes Bar with live music performances while enjoying quality food stalls and a range of beverages including craft lager and gin. And don't forget to grab one of Born Survivor’s iconic dog tag medals as a testament to your achievement.
