Bradleys Sidmouth 10km

The Sidmouth 10K is set to captivate runners with its picturesque coastal scenery and challenging terrain. Returning as the primary sponsor for another year, Bradleys Sidmouth Estate Agents continues to bolster the race’s organization and enhance the experience for both participants and spectators.
Starting at the Sidford Social Hall, the route winds through The Byes — a lush green corridor that leads you towards the seaside promenade with its serene views of the river and countryside. This tranquil setting offers runners an idyllic start before transitioning into the heart-pounding Hilly Loop section. Here, participants will face steep climbs along Hillside and Beatlands roads, followed by exhilarating descents down Cliff Road.
After conquering this challenging segment, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of Sidmouth’s seafront as you make your way back towards The Byes for the final leg of the race. Runners must then retrace their steps through the Hilly Loop one more time before crossing the finish line at Sidford Social Hall.
The route is entirely on roads and hard-surfaced footpaths, with clear signage to ensure a smooth run despite sharing paths with pedestrians and cyclists. The event features chip timing for accurate results and offers an impressive finisher’s medal upon request.
For those looking to minimize waste, opting into the 'No Medal' category can save you money while supporting environmental initiatives. Be sure to register early if you wish to receive your medal, as entries close on October 28th or earlier if spaces are filled.
Race day begins at 7:30 AM with race number collection and baggage drop, followed by registration closing at 8:45 AM. A pre-race briefing will commence at 8:55 AM before the official start time of 9:00 AM on November 1st, 2026.
Trophies are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers as well as age category winners, adding an extra layer of excitement for competitive runners.
