CATCH MASTERCLASS: IMPROVE YOUR SWIMMING TECHNIQUE AND EFFICIENCY Join us on Sunday, December 20th from 8:30 AM to 1 PM at Nuffield Manchester Printworks Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Withy Grove for an intensive masterclass designed to enhance your swimming performance. Whether you're dealing with recurring shoulder injuries or simply looking to improve your front-crawl technique and reduce fatigue, this event is tailored to help swimmers of all levels (excluding novices) refine their skills. The day begins at 8:30 AM in the gym's reception area where coffee will be served to get everyone warmed up. The first practical session takes place from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, focusing on pool-based techniques and exercises aimed at developing a powerful front-catch stroke. Following this, participants move into the health studio for an hour of theory sessions that delve deeper into improving propulsion and reducing fatigue in swimming. From 11:00 AM to noon, attendees will engage in gym training designed to complement their aquatic skills with land-based conditioning exercises. The second pool session follows from noon until 1 PM, providing additional practical application of the techniques learned earlier in the day. Participants are advised to bring swimwear for both water sessions and comfortable clothing suitable for the studio workouts. Expert swim coach Dave Quartermain will lead all aspects of this comprehensive masterclass, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience that combines theory with hands-on practice. Please note that there is no option for transfers or refunds once your booking has been confirmed. However, participants have the opportunity to purchase XCover insurance, which may provide coverage in case you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Enhance your swimming technique and efficiency at this exclusive masterclass – a perfect blend of theory and practice designed to elevate your performance in the water.

About Manchester
Learn more about the host city, Manchester.
Manchester is a vibrant, post-industrial gem at the heart of North West England. The city that used to be nicknamed 'Cottonopolis' has hung up its clogs and, thanks to successive regeneration projects, is now a major centre for culture and commerce; seen by many as the capital of the north of England, and sometimes regarded as England's second city.
