Central AC ClubStart and ClubStart Minis - Summer Block 2026- Tuesdays - The Peak Hockey Pitch

ClubStart by Central AC Club offers an engaging athletics program designed specifically for young athletes aged 5 to 12 years old, fostering fundamental movement skills through fun and interactive sessions. The programme introduces children to various athletic disciplines such as running, jumping, and throwing in a safe and friendly environment at The Peak 5-a-side pods in Stirling.
For the younger group of 5-7 year olds, ClubStart Minis runs from 4:30pm to 5:20pm every Tuesday. This session focuses on developing basic athletic skills like balance, coordination, and speed through age-appropriate activities that ensure children have a joyful experience while learning essential sports fundamentals.
The older group of 8-12 year olds can attend sessions from 5:30pm to 6:30pm each Tuesday. These classes build upon the foundational skills learned in earlier years by introducing more complex athletic events and techniques, encouraging further skill development and confidence building among participants.
Each block lasts for eight weeks, with registration opening approximately four weeks before the start date of August 19th, 2025 to October 7th, 2025. The cost is £36 per child for an entire block, offering a structured yet flexible approach that accommodates young athletes at different stages of their athletic journey.
Participants can look forward to making new friends and enjoying the camaraderie among peers while receiving guidance from experienced coaches who are dedicated to nurturing each child's growth in athletics.
