Belladrome TT / Tri Riding

On July 16th from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, cyclists and triathletes have the opportunity to enhance their time trial (TT) skills through an exclusive training session tailored for solo riders aiming to improve against the clock. This event is designed for athletes who can comfortably ride for at least 90 minutes in a TT position.
Led by a seasoned expert with extensive experience in both triathlon and time trials, participants will benefit from focused instruction on optimizing aerodynamic positioning, pacing strategies, and overall control during solo rides. The session offers an immersive environment where riders can refine their techniques under professional guidance.
The training plan includes structured intervals to help athletes work on specific aspects of TT riding such as maintaining a consistent pace while in the aero position. Riders are encouraged to bring power meters for intensity monitoring; however, detailed advice will be provided if you lack this equipment or knowledge about your training zones. The session concludes with a cool-down period and an optional 30-minute extension from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM for those seeking additional practice.
Please note that once registered, entry fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred due to administrative costs associated with organizing the event. This ensures a dedicated group of participants ready to push their limits in a supportive training environment focused on achieving peak performance in TT or non-drafting triathlon events.
