Time Cut-Offs

This is not for beginners. If you cannot comfortably hold a 15 min per mile pace for 20 miles on moderately difficult trails, please do not sign up for this event. We will hold strict cut-off times as follows: Day 1 (Signal Mountain) 20 miles - 5.5 hours. Day 2 (Cumberland Trail) 18 miles - 5 hours. Day 3 (Lookout Mtn) 22 miles - 6 hours.

Evening Celebrations

Perhaps the best part of these three days is the camaraderie and the chance to get to know like minded nut cases. The festivities each night will be at the Crash Pad and beer provided by Oddstory Brewing Company, so you may want to grab a hotel near.
