Chief Lee Miller 5k 2026

On August 9th, the community of Whitpain Township comes together for the second annual Chief Lee Miller 5k & Festival and Kid's Fun Run. This race honors the memory of Chief Lee Miller, who was not only an integral part of Centre Square Fire Company but also a beloved figure in the local community.
Participants are invited to arrive at Centre Square Fire Company by 8:45 am for a pre-race stretch session led by a Burn Bootcamp coach. The event kicks off with a scenic 5k run through Blue Bell, offering runners a mix of paved roads and picturesque paths that showcase the area's natural beauty.
After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a variety of activities at Centre Square Fire Company. Food trucks will be on site to serve up delicious treats while children can indulge in face painting and fire truck tours. Local vendors will also set up booths offering unique items for sale or exchange.
Packet pickup is available both Saturday, August 8th from 9:00-12:00PM at Centre Square Fire Company, as well as Sunday morning before the race starts between 7:30AM and 8:30AM.
The event promises to be a day filled with community spirit and fun for all ages, making it an unmissable gathering in Blue Bell.
