Explore the picturesque landscapes of western Montana during the third annual Clark Fork River Pedal & Farm Tour. This leisurely 30-mile bike ride through forests, meadows, and riverbanks promises an immersive experience that celebrates local farms and community.
The tour commences and concludes at Heron Community Center in Heron, MT. As you pedal along, you'll encounter several working farms and scenic points of interest, though specific stops are yet to be determined. Upon completion, enjoy a locally sourced farm-to-table lunch paired with live music and browse through the local agricultural market.
This event is designed for those seeking a relaxed atmosphere rather than competitive racing. The route features mostly flat gravel and dirt roads, offering a smooth ride suitable for all skill levels. Cell service may be limited along parts of the journey, so come prepared to disconnect and fully immerse yourself in nature.
For your convenience, bring your own reusable cup or mug as part of our commitment to reducing waste. Children aged 12 and under are welcome to participate at no additional cost; however, they must still register. Camping is available on-site for those who wish to extend their stay—registration is necessary to secure a spot.
You can choose from two ticket options: the full tour package including lunch and a commemorative t-shirt for $85 or just the delicious farm-to-table lunch alone for $25. Children aged 12 and under enjoy free entry, making this event accessible for families too.
