About the Event

The COHO RUN returns to West Vancouver on September 13th, inviting runners of all levels to lace up and experience one of the world's most beautiful runs. This certified race offers both 5K and 10K distances, meticulously designed for personal bests with a flat terrain that ensures fast times.
Located in Ambleside Park, the event promises an exhilarating atmosphere fueled by live DJ sets along the entire course, energizing participants from start to finish. Runners can expect chipped timing, ensuring accurate results and leaderboard bragging rights. Each participant will receive a high-quality finisher medal designed for keepsakes.
Post-race festivities at the COHO Festival await runners with snacks and refreshments in Ambleside Park, creating an ideal space for socializing and celebrating achievements. The top three male and female finishers in both race distances will be awarded grand prizes from event partners.
The 1K Kids Race offers a fun and bibbed experience for younger participants, complete with their own finisher medals to commemorate the day’s events.
