About the Event

On November 29, 2026, the Supermercado Franco presents the "Franco Verão Run and Walk" event, organized by Cavali Pró Eventos. The race takes place at Supermercado Franco's location on Rua Padre Camargo in Palmeira PR.
Participants can choose between a 5 km run or a 10 km run, alongside a scenic walk route of approximately the same distance for those preferring to stroll and enjoy the surroundings. The event also features a fun kids' race starting at 9:30 AM after an earlier start time for adults.
Runners will gather from 6:30 AM onwards, with the first wave launching the 5 km run and walk events at 7:30 AM followed by another group at 7:33 AM. Water stations are conveniently placed every 2.5 kilometers along both race routes to keep everyone hydrated.
The event aims to encourage physical activity as a means of promoting health, reducing stress, and fostering community spirit among participants. While there is no prize for the walk category, all finishers receive commemorative medals celebrating their achievement.
Registration opens online at www.cavaliproeventos.com.br until November 14, 2026, or when spots are filled. Each entry is personal and non-transferable but can be changed up to a certain point before the deadline.
