About the Event

The Cooperativa Tritícola Frederico Westphalen Ltda. (Cotrifred) presents the annual team relay race, designed to foster unity and cooperation among employees, associates, partners, and community members. Set for November 20, 2026, in the heart of Frederico Westphalen/RS, this event celebrates sportsmanship and teamwork on a scenic course that winds through the city's vibrant streets.
Participants must be at least 14 years old by race day, with minors under 18 requiring signed authorization from their legal guardian. Teams consist of four athletes who can choose between two relay categories: an 8 km race where each runner completes 2 kilometers or a more challenging 16 km event that sees runners complete 4-kilometer stretches twice around the circuit.
The race begins and ends on Rua Maurício Cardoso, offering participants a dynamic urban setting with opportunities to showcase both speed and endurance. Team registration is exclusively available online at https://km.esp.br until October 10, 2026, or when capacity limits are reached. Each team must pay a fee of $300 plus a website service charge of $30.
The event encourages diversity with mandatory mixed-gender teams, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere where both men and women contribute equally to their relay's success. With limited spots available, early registration is recommended for those eager to experience the camaraderie and excitement of this unique race day in Frederico Westphalen.
