Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and rich history of Rio de Janeiro on November 20, 2026, at Praça Mauá. This unique race blends athletic competition with cultural immersion through its 5 km run and a more leisurely 3 km walk option. The event kicks off early morning, offering participants an engaging pre-race stretching session before the start line opens for registration from 6:30 AM.
The route winds through iconic landmarks of Rio de Janeiro, providing runners with stunning views and a memorable backdrop as they push toward their personal bests or simply enjoy the scenic journey at a comfortable pace.
Participants can choose between two kit options: Simple and Basic, which include essential race items like bib numbers and timing chips. Additional perks such as branded merchandise may also be included in your purchase based on availability from sponsors and organizers.
Registration for this event opens March 11, 2026, and runs until November 10 or when capacity is reached. Early bird pricing starts at R$79 for the Basic kit package, while later lot prices can go up to R$148 for the Simple kit option as demand increases.
Competitors will be rewarded with medals upon completion of their respective distances according to race regulations. The top five male and female finishers in each category receive special recognition, along with prizes awarded to the first five groups or teams based on total number of participants who cross the finish line successfully.
