Join us on Sunday, September 20, 2026, for an unforgettable day at the Devèze Race Festival! The festivities kick off early with three distinct events designed to cater to runners of all levels and interests.
The main event is a scenic 21-kilometer nature heritage race that begins promptly at 9:00 AM. Participants will embark on a solo journey or take part in relay teams, navigating through picturesque landscapes that include private properties and lush fields still in cultivation. The route offers runners the chance to explore hidden gems of the local area while enjoying breathtaking views along the way.
For those who prefer shorter distances, there's also an 10-kilometer heritage walk starting at 10:00 AM. This leisurely stroll allows participants to take their time and soak in the beauty of the surroundings without feeling rushed by a competitive pace.
Families are not left out with the addition of a fun 2.5-kilometer family round, beginning at 11:00 AM. It's an ideal way for parents and children alike to enjoy some quality time together while engaging in light physical activity.
Throughout the day, visitors can take advantage of on-site facilities such as a refreshment stand offering drinks and snacks, ensuring everyone stays fueled up during their activities. The event concludes at noon with a ceremony honoring all participants who have completed each race or walk, followed by an awards presentation to highlight individual achievements in the competitive categories.
Participants should note that while GPS tracks are provided for guidance purposes, they may not reflect every detail of the actual route due to its unique terrain and layout through private properties. A full course reconnaissance will be organized once the entire path is accessible and safe for all participants to explore ahead of race day.
Parking is available approximately 700 meters from the start line, with a baggage drop service provided on-site to make your experience more convenient. Whether you're an avid runner or just looking for some family fun outdoors, there's something here for everyone at Devèze Race Festival!
