Le Trail du 1313 2026

Le Trail du 1313 is an exhilarating team race that takes place on the picturesque trails of Cadalen, France, on Saturday, August 29th. The course loops around the commune for a total distance of 21 kilometers with approximately 400 meters of elevation gain. Participants will run alongside their partner through scenic landscapes and challenging terrain.
The event begins at Stade Jean Raufast where teams can collect their bibs ahead of time on Friday, August 28th from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM or the following morning between 8:00 AM and 8:50 AM. All runners must present a valid PPS (Permis de Pratiquer le Sport) issued within the last year or an FFA license for the current season.
The race features strategic hydration stations to keep teams fueled throughout their journey, with water available at the 16km mark and full refreshments provided at both the halfway point and finish line. To minimize waste, participants are encouraged to bring reusable cups—soft containers or eco-cups—to avoid single-use plastics during the event.
Before hitting the trail, all runners will gather for a briefing at 8:55 AM followed by a group warm-up session led by experienced guides who ensure everyone is ready and informed about safety protocols. The race then kicks off with an energetic start as teams set out to tackle the varied terrain together.
After crossing the finish line, participants are invited to enjoy a traditional post-race meal of saucisse frites provided by Les Amis du Brasero. Reservations for this hearty feast can be made in advance via email at 1313.lemarathondelaurie@gmail.com.
