Dave Wrights Colchester Race Series takes place on Sunday, March 21st, 2027, with runners setting off at 9:15 am from the Langham Community Centre. Registration opens early that morning at 8:00 a.m., offering competitors ample time to collect their race numbers and prepare for the day.
The event features two distinct distances: a challenging 15-mile course and a more manageable yet equally scenic 7.5-mile option, both tracing a loop around Essex's tranquil countryside and charming villages like Langham and Boxted. The route winds through quiet rural roads that offer runners an idyllic setting to enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
Participants will find all necessary amenities at Race HQ in Langham Community Centre on School Road. Facilities include toilets, ample parking space, but unfortunately no bag drop service is available. Entry fees are set at £22.50 per person and come with a finisher's medal as part of your race package; runners also have the option to purchase an additional tech t-shirt or vest for £15.
