About the Event

Experience the beauty of nature and test your endurance at the Kettle Valley Railway Trail Races, designed to cater to runners of all ages. The trail begins from the Upper Parking Lot on Myra Forest Service Road, offering breathtaking views and challenging yet rewarding terrain.
Three exciting distances await you: a 5km route for beginners, a 10km course perfect for intermediate runners, and a more ambitious 21km challenge for seasoned athletes. Each race starts at staggered times to ensure smooth transitions and minimal congestion on the trail:
- The 21km race commences sharp at 10:00 am.
- Participants in the 10km category will start their journey just half an hour later, at 10:30 am.
- Finally, the 5km runners are set to begin their run a quarter past ten, at 10:45 am.
This event is capped at 200 participants to ensure everyone gets a fair chance and to maintain a cozy atmosphere. With plenty of opportunities for spectators along the route, come out and enjoy an exhilarating day filled with scenic views and friendly competition. Don't miss your chance to explore the Kettle Valley Railway Trail while enjoying great company and some well-deserved snacks from our generous sponsors.
