In its sixteenth year since its inception in 2009, the celebrated duathlon returns to offer athletes an exhilarating challenge that combines endurance and skill. This Sprint-format race features two runs of varying distances—5 kilometers, then 3 kilometers, followed by a final segment of 2.5 kilometers—and a road cycling leg covering 20 kilometers. The event is designed to cater to both newcomers looking for their first taste of duathlon competition as well as seasoned athletes eager to test their mettle against the best in this demanding discipline. The course weaves through scenic routes, offering participants a unique blend of terrain and scenery that enhances every mile run or pedal stroke taken. This year's race builds on last year’s success by maintaining three distinct formats: individual participation where competitors complete all legs themselves; relay racing for teams of two (one member runs both running segments while the other handles cycling); and duo competition, which sees a team of two sharing each leg equally. Each format promises an engaging experience tailored to different levels of expertise and preferences. As with previous years, organizers have ensured that the event facilities are top-notch, providing ample support for all participants. Whether you're racing solo or part of a relay team, prepare yourself for an unforgettable day filled with camaraderie, competition, and scenic beauty. Join us this year as we celebrate another milestone in duathlon history and experience why this race continues to be a favorite among athletes from around the globe.
