Welcome to the Grand Finale of the Four Seasons Race Series at Amiens Park du Grand Marais. This annual celebration brings together runners and joggers from all walks of life for an unforgettable day of competition, camaraderie, and community spirit. The event caps off a year filled with excitement and achievements in running, culminating in a grand prize draw where every participant has the chance to win amazing prizes simply by entering the race. With a total cap on participants set at 700 runners across all races, this promises an intimate yet vibrant atmosphere for everyone involved. The day begins early with the 5K Discovery Race starting promptly at 9:15 AM, open to both licensed and unlicensed athletes from the Minimes category upwards. For those looking for a challenge, the 10K As race kicks off at 10:00 AM, welcoming runners who can complete the distance in under 45 minutes, though all times are recorded regardless of this benchmark. For joggers and beginners aiming to improve their time or seasoned athletes pushing past the 45-minute mark, the 10K Jogger race starts at 11:00 AM. This event is open to Cadets and above, offering a friendly environment for those looking to enjoy the scenic route while still striving towards personal bests. All races are officially recognized by FFA Bronze standards and serve as qualifiers for national championships. The courses wind through picturesque Amiens Park du Grand Marais, featuring terrain that challenges runners with varying elevations yet remains accessible for all levels of experience. A stop-and-go timing system is in place at 3.33 km (15 minutes) and again at 6.66 km (30 minutes), ensuring fair competition even among slower participants. Registration opens exclusively online through the Klikego platform, with a link provided on both our website and Courses80 site once sign-ups are live. The cost is set at €10 for adults, while Minimes pay just €3.80 to participate in the 5K race alone. Licenced FFA members receive free entry, as do Amicale du Val de Somme members. A new addition this year includes a special package offering registration across all four races scheduled throughout 2026 and 2027 along with exclusive seasonal medals for each event: November 8th, February 14th, May 9th, and July 4th. Participants must ensure they have either an FFA license or a PPS number if unlicensed; both are mandatory to compete in outdoor races. For minors without licenses, only a signed parental consent form is required instead of the usual medical certificate. Dossards will be available for collection from 8:30 AM on race day at Amiens Park du Grand Marais under the halle where all departures and finishes take place. The park can easily be reached via exit 40 off the RN1 towards Longpré les Amiens, or by following Vignacourt Street northward if coming from central Amiens. Join us for a day of running excellence in one of France's most beautiful parks, where every finish line marks more than just an end—it’s the beginning of another season of unforgettable races.
