EpicTrails 8km - Hunting out more trails

EpicTrails invites runners to explore some of Scotland's most scenic trails starting at Milngavie Train Station at 7pm. The route follows the Clyde Coastal Path and sections of the West Highland Way, offering breathtaking views and a variety of terrain that caters to both beginners and experienced trail runners.
Led by an expert guide who is qualified, insured, and trained in first aid, these social runs ensure no one gets left behind. Participants can expect frequent regrouping points along the route to accommodate varying paces based on distance covered and individual comfort levels. Group sizes are kept small for a more intimate experience that prioritizes safety.
While dogs and individuals under 18 years old cannot participate due to insurance restrictions, all runners must wear appropriate trail shoes as part of their mandatory kit. Additional gear requirements will be detailed in the run brief based on weather conditions and route specifics.
These non-profit runs aim to foster a sense of community among local trail enthusiasts while also supporting charitable causes through donations from surplus funds.
