About the Event

The Grotto Gallop trail 5k is back at Camp Ewalu! This year's course includes the entirety of the brand new Ewa-Loop trail-- a 2.5 mile single track trail through some of the best of the forest that Camp Ewalu has to offer. This 5k course is primarily dirt single-track with a short section of wider prairie trail to make the course 5k. There are no roads on this course!

A Color Run will follow the 5k. The Color Run will include several color stations on a 1/4 mile course through Ewalu's Pioneer Village. We will provide white shirts to everyone who registers by August 21.

The event will be run alongside Ewalu's 65th anniversary celebration. You do not need to be an attendee for the weekend, but 65th attendees will receive discounted entry. Please check your emails for a discount code or email frank@ewalu.org for discount code information!
