Fallback HM & 5K NSRF 2026

Experience the Fallback, Spring Forward RUN on November 1, 2026, at Heckscher State Park. This Half Marathon and 5K offers runners an unforgettable autumn adventure through picturesque trails adorned with fall foliage. Participants will start their journey at 9:00 AM, but thanks to daylight saving time changes, it will feel like a more leisurely morning run starting at 10:00 AM.
The race route takes you through the serene landscapes of Heckscher State Park's Field 4, where runners can enjoy crisp fall air and stunning views. The event features sweet swag bags filled with goodies from All Round Foods and refreshing beverages provided by Waterloo Sparkling Water.
Check-in begins at a gazebo located just east of the start line, between Fields 1 and 4. Make sure to arrive early to ensure you have enough time for pre-race preparations. The race has a strict cut-off time of two hours and forty-five minutes; all participants must complete their final loop by 11:10 AM.
