Flapjack 5K

In 2027, runners are invited to take part in the Flapjack 5k at Torbay Velopark. This race offers an ideal opportunity for personal bests with its flat and smooth tarmac route.
The course is brand new and designed to maximize the recently laid tarmac path within the velodrome grounds. Participants start by running two laps around the Velopark before heading out on a straight, even stretch of road that returns them back to the finish line used for the Donut Duathlon.
Entry into this event includes several perks: all runners receive flapjacks upon finishing, and professional RFID chip timing ensures accurate results. The route is clearly marked with ample marshalling throughout to keep participants safe and informed. Every runner will also be awarded a medal, while podium prizes are given out for various categories.
