Follow the Flag 5K Trail Race

Celebrate Patriotism at Run2Remember!
Since its inception in 2014, the Follow the Flag Foundation has dedicated itself to honoring fallen military personnel and first responders through heartfelt ceremonies. By participating in the annual Run2Remember, runners contribute directly to the foundation's efforts, supporting a range of initiatives that include flag dedications, community events, and charitable acts for families affected by loss.
Set against the backdrop of picturesque Pleasant Grove, Utah, this 5K trail run offers participants an inspiring journey through scenic landscapes. The course is designed with three distinct sections:
- First Mile: A relatively flat stretch where runners can start at a comfortable pace.
- Second Mile: An uphill climb that challenges endurance and elevates the heart rate.
- Final Mile: A thrilling downhill descent along Grove Creek, culminating in an unforgettable finish under one of the world’s largest flying American flags.
Registration opens on July 9, 2027, at 7:00 AM for those eager to secure their spot. The race kicks off promptly at 8:00 AM, inviting runners to experience a blend of physical challenge and profound tribute. As you cross the finish line, not only will you receive your Finisher Medal from Follow the Flag’s 2026 event series, but you’ll also be part of an enduring tradition that celebrates America's heroes.
