RUN, WALK, ROLL, OR STROLL!

Help us get to 500 participants (in-person or virtual 5K and 7K) and we will give ONE MALE and ONE FEMALE participant a FREE YEAR of Fit & Able-owned races! That's a FREE entry of your choice to each Fit & Able race - a nearly $1,000 VALUE!
* Must be registered in the in-person or virtual 5K or 7K to be eligible to win. Random drawing after the in-person race.

Fit & Able is proud to bring back the Fortnight Before Christmas.

All donations will be used to purchase hats, gloves, and coats for the Northwest Cary YMCA to distribute where needed. We will also be collecting donations of new or gently-used hats, gloves, and coats on race day as well.

All races will have a staggered start beginning at 8:00 AM (in order of distance) and the course closes for all races at 9:30 AM (In-person Race Day Schedule). Please consider your race pace when deciding which event to run. * For any participants who feel they may need some extra time, please contact us at info@fitandable.net.

About Cary

Cary is a town in the Research Triangle of North Carolina. It is primarily a fast-growing suburb of Raleigh, the state capital, but has developed some economic gravity of its own. Cary is known throughout the area for having a very high population of non-native residents. The name of the city is jokingly referred to as standing for Containment/Concentration Area for Relocated Yankees.
