On October 17, 2026, runners will have the opportunity to experience two distinct races through the charming town of Chabeuil. The longer 14-kilometer course offers an immersive journey into nature and history.
Starting at the Flandennes Stadium in Chabeuil, participants embark on a scenic route that takes them through a serene woodland area dotted with small ponds. For much of the way, runners will traverse winding paths and single-track trails, immersing themselves in the lush greenery and tranquil surroundings. The course then leads into the heart of Chabeuil's historic center before looping back along the picturesque banks of the Véore river.
The 5-kilometer race is a shorter but equally captivating experience, focusing entirely on the charming streets of Chabeuil’s historical district. Runners will enjoy exploring this quaint area and its rich heritage while also taking in views of the serene riverbanks during their return leg.
Both races are part of the departmental racing series and aim to support local initiatives through a raffle event for the Martinou le Crapouillou association, which focuses on community development. The day concludes with an awards ceremony starting at 5:00 PM, where participants can celebrate their achievements and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from sharing this unique experience.
