Join us on October 18, 2026, for a solidarity race at the heart of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Running Montmeyran is proud to present this dedicated event in partnership with the town hall of Montmeyran. The run offers two distances: a scenic 5 km route and an exhilarating 10 km course along the streets.
Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience under your belt, this day promises to be a unique opportunity for everyone to support a vital cause.
The event is more than just a race; it's a chance to raise funds for CAP 26-07 (Cancer & Physical Activities Drôme Ardèche), an association founded in 2011 that helps cancer patients reintegrate into physical activities tailored to their health conditions. The Foundation PETZL, known for its strong commitment within the sports community and values of solidarity, supports this initiative.
Participants will receive a special welcome at Salle des Fêtes de Montmeyran starting from 8:30 AM on race day, with final registrations and bib collection available until then. Both races begin together at 10:00 AM, followed by a children's run supervised by adults at 11:30 AM.
The event concludes around noon with the awarding of prizes and speeches from organizers, capped off by an informal gathering for refreshments to celebrate everyone’s participation.
Early registrants will receive exclusive pink T-shirts as part of their entry package. The cost is €10 for the 5 km race and €15 for the 10 km challenge, with a complimentary finisher's gift included in both prices. Additionally, children participating alongside an adult can look forward to a secure lap around the course complete with snacks and a finish line prize.
