Registration Has Moved
The Fox Valley Winter Challenge Trail Series has returned to a single race website for 2027 registration: https://runsignup.com/Race/IL/Batavia/FoxValleyWinterChallengeTrailSeries
The 5K, 8K, and 10K events are now all managed through one convenient registration page, allowing participants to register for any combination of races and take advantage of our new series swag rewards.
The 2027 schedule includes:
5K – January 23, 2027
8K – February 20, 2027
10K – March 14, 2027

Aurora is the second-largest city in the U.S. state of Illinois, located about 35 miles west of Chicago. It's at the very edge of Chicagoland and, situated on the Fox River, has many opportunities for urban, suburban, and rural recreation. Often overlooked, Aurora in fact has many surprisingly interesting attractions and a downtown unlike that of a typical suburb. It is probably best known for being the setting of the "Wayne's World" movies.
