Fredsloppet Borås

Welcome to the Fredsloppet Borås 2026, an inspiring community event set for September 12th at Kypegården. This annual run is not just about crossing finish lines; it's a commitment to peace and solidarity, with proceeds from this year’s event going directly to support Palestinian organizations in Sweden and the Swedish-Cuban Association on Cuba.
Participants can start collecting their race numbers as early as 9:30 AM at Kypegården. The day kicks off at 10:00 AM with a fun-filled children's run covering a distance of 1,3 kilometers. Following this is another short and spirited run for the young participants at 10:30 AM over 2,5 kilometers.
For those looking to stretch their legs further, there’s an invigorating 5-kilometer loop starting promptly at 10:40 AM. Each runner will circle around two times on a scenic course that showcases Kypegården's natural beauty and historical charm. A leisurely promenade of the same distance as the children’s run begins at noon, offering families and friends an opportunity to walk together.
No official timing is provided for any of these events, making it more about camaraderie than competition. The organizers invite all participants to enjoy the day's activities without stress or pressure.
