Hypothermic Half Marathon 2027 - Edmonton 1

Experience the frosty challenge of the Hypothermic Half Edmonton #1 – 2027, where winter's chill meets your running spirit. Choose from three distances: the half marathon (21.1km), the 10km run, or a shorter but no less exhilarating 5km option.
The race takes place in Edmonton’s crisp winter landscape, offering runners breathtaking views of snow-dusted streets and vibrant cityscapes. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with their own hydration and nutrition as water stations will be limited to self-serve options along the course. Each runner's performance is meticulously recorded through chip timing, ensuring accurate results.
Upon crossing the finish line, in-person participants can look forward to a hearty brunch included with registration, providing a warm welcome after your run. Additional brunch tickets are available for purchase during online registration if you wish to bring friends and family along.
All runners will receive exclusive Hypothermic Half swag as part of their participation package, while finishers proudly wear custom medals commemorating the event’s unique winter setting. In-person competitors also have a chance to win a pair of Altra running shoes at each location; two pairs are up for grabs in total.
