The event kicks off early on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Grays & Torreys Trailhead (3025 Stevens Gulch Rd, Silver Plume, CO 80476), with participants gathering as dawn breaks. The morning assembly begins promptly at 3:00 AM to ensure everyone has enough time to secure a parking spot and make it to the trailhead before sunrise.
Led by experienced guide Connor Poole, this adventure promises safety, camaraderie, and an incredible sense of accomplishment. With over 8 miles of rugged terrain and nearly 4,000 feet of elevation gain, participants will traverse through stunning alpine landscapes, taking in panoramic vistas at every turn. The day culminates with a triumphant sunrise from the summit, offering breathtaking views that are sure to inspire.
