The triathlon begins with a 5.95-mile run that weaves through the lush greenery of the parkway, offering runners breathtaking views of the river and surrounding landscapes. Next comes the thrilling 12.5-mile bike segment along well-maintained trails, designed to challenge both seasoned athletes and casual riders alike.
The finale is a refreshing 6.10-mile paddle on the American River, where participants can enjoy the gentle current while taking in the serene surroundings. The event caters to all skill levels, making it an inclusive experience for world-class competitors as well as families looking to create lasting memories together.
Upon crossing the finish line, each participant will receive a commemorative medal, marking their achievement and participation in this unique athletic celebration.
