HALF MARATHON SERRA DA GRACIOSA 2026

About the Event

On October 24, 2026, runners will gather for the Half Marathon Serra da Graciosa, an evening race through stunning mountain terrain. Organized by PRO-ATIV EVENTOS ESPORTIVOS with support from local authorities and police, this event offers distances of 21 kilometers, 10 kilometers, and 5 kilometers.
Participants in the half marathon face a challenging "mountain run" along the steeply ascending Estrada da Graciosa (PR-410) between Morretes and Quatro Barras. The route features varied elevations, making it particularly demanding for runners accustomed to flatter courses. Buses will transport participants from the arena near the Posto Rodoviário de Graciosa to their respective start points at Recanto Engº Lacerda (5km), Recanto Bela Vista (10km), and São João da Graciosa (21km).
The race concludes at an illuminated finish line beside the historic Portal da Graciosa, offering a dramatic backdrop as runners cross under its arches. With starts scheduled between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM, participants will enjoy the unique experience of racing through the mountainous landscape by night.
Runners should plan to arrive early at the arena near the Posto Rodoviário for parking and pre-race preparations; organizers recommend arriving around 6:30 PM. The Half Marathon Serra da Graciosa promises a memorable evening under the stars, with breathtaking views and an invigorating climb through one of Brazil's most scenic routes.
