About the Event

Runners lace up for a night of light and rhythm at the 8th Hangzhou Glow Run, set for Saturday, August 22 at 7:00 PM along Xingguang Avenue in Binjiang District, right beside the Qiantang River.
The single 10K course traces the riverside promenade next to Binjiang's cherry-blossom running path, one of Hangzhou's most scenic stretches of waterfront.
Participants run in glow gear, turning the route into a moving river of light against the night sky and the breeze off the Qiantang. Registration is first-come, first-served until capacity is reached.
Beyond the run itself, the event doubles as a social gathering, bringing together close to a thousand runners for an evening that marks the unofficial start of Hangzhou's summer running season.
