Registration opens on September 20th at 7 PM for those with a valid Hardmoors voucher code until September 23rd when general entries are accepted. The race takes place in Hutton-le-Hole, where participants will gather early to register and kit check before the start times: Marathon runners begin at 9 AM, followed by Half Marathon starters at 10 AM, and finally the 10k run commences at 11 AM.
The event is designed with safety as a top priority. Participants are required to carry mandatory equipment throughout the race, including items such as emergency shelter, navigation aids, water, food, first aid supplies, and more. This ensures that runners can handle unexpected weather changes or other challenges on the trail.
Competitors will experience varied terrain, from rugged moorland paths to gentle woodland trails, offering breathtaking views of North Yorkshire's countryside. The race is marked by checkpoints where participants must adhere to strict time limits: 9 hours for the Marathon, 6 hours for the Half Marathon, and 4 hours for the 10k.

Parking facilities are conveniently located near Hutton-le-Hole Village Hall, with marshals directing traffic and ensuring a smooth arrival for participants. The cost of parking within the village field is £4 per car, while an additional North York Moors Authority car park outside the village offers spaces at £5.50 each day.
For those planning to camp overnight in Hutton-le-Hole before or after the race, camper van, motorhome, and caravan parking is available for a fee of £15 per unit, including access to fresh water taps and waste disposal points. Pre-booking is essential as no on-the-day bookings are accepted.
