The Harray Half Marathon is a scenic and challenging race that winds through the picturesque Parish of Harray in Scotland's mystical Orkney Islands. Organized under the strict guidelines set forth by Scottish Athletics Federation (SAF), this event ensures a safe and competitive environment for all participants.
Key Details:
- Age Requirement: Runners must be at least 17 years old on race day.
- Wheelchair & Pet Policy: The course is not suitable for wheelchairs, and running with buggies or pets is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the event.
- Headphones Policy: In-ear headphones are not allowed; however, bone conduction headphones may be used.
Participants must register online by Saturday, September 12th, 2026. Entries can also be transferred up until this date if a runner is unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued unless the race is cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organizers.

- Female Categories: Senior (ages 17-34), Veteran (ages 35-49), Super Vet (ages 50+)
- Male Categories: Senior (ages 17-39), Veteran (ages 40-49), Super Vet (ages 50+)
