The full Standard distance features a 1.5km swim in the serene ocean followed by a fast and flat 40km bike ride along scenic coastal roads. Participants then transition onto an energetic run course that leads them through the heart of Hawks Nest, culminating in a thrilling finish line. For those looking for shorter challenges, there’s also the Aquabike option with its 1.5km swim and 40km bike leg, as well as the Sprint distance comprising a 750m swim, 20km bike ride, and a 5km run. For beginners or casual participants, the Super Sprint and Try A Tri distances provide an even more accessible entry point with their shorter 200m swim, 8km bike leg, and 2km run.
