Hike To Remember XIV

On September 19th, 2026, Glastonbury, Connecticut will host an inspiring 22-kilometer hike that brings together over 300 veterans to honor the lives lost and support those transitioning back into civilian life. The chosen distance of 22 kilometers is a poignant reminder of the daily loss of approximately two dozen veteran brothers and sisters due to suicide.
MCL Detachment 40 organizes this event with the aim of fostering camaraderie among veterans from all branches, creating a supportive community that shares the bonds formed during their service. Participants will traverse scenic trails in Glastonbury, immersing themselves in nature while connecting with fellow veterans and active duty members.
